    Been trying for days now to update what is now a non functioning tool. When will this be resolved?

     I managed to log in late last night around 10.00pm ET and after an hour of trying successfully started downloading around 9.15am ET . Had to totally do a factory restore as the 'updates' froze up mid install during the night and had to totally redo the whole process this morning.
